1 General Terms and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between yesbe ("Platform", "we", "us") and users of the platform. yesbe is an online betting and casino service platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated terms. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email address.

To use the yesbe platform, you must comply with these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, along with all other applicable rules.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account and enjoy gaming services on the yesbe platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age ("for those aged 21 or above only").
• Each person may open only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.
• All information provided at registration — full name, date of birth, email address, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gambling is illegal may not use the platform.
• Users must register of their own free will and with full mental capacity. Anyone with a gambling addiction problem is advised to refrain from opening an account.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

yesbe conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to ensure safe and responsible gaming. Before processing a withdrawal request, or at any time, we may request any of the following documents:

• National ID card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate.
• Proof of current address — a utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

We reserve the right to suspend transactions if KYC documents are not provided.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is your responsibility to keep your yesbe account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

• If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, you must report it immediately to [email protected].
• You are personally responsible for all activity that takes place on your account until unauthorized access has been properly reported to us.
• If you forget your password, you must follow the official recovery process — no third party may be used.

4 Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposit

Funds can be deposited on the yesbe platform using popular Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each method.

• Deposited funds will be credited to your account after successful verification.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit; otherwise, processing may be delayed.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). After a successful request is submitted, funds are generally sent to your payment account within 5 to 30 minutes.

• KYC verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method that was originally used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met.
• Additional banking processing time may apply for bank transfers.
• We reserve the right to review any unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests.

4.3 Currency and Tax

All transactions on the yesbe platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Paying any applicable taxes, duties, or other government obligations is entirely the user's own responsibility. yesbe does not provide tax advice.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

yesbe offers a welcome bonus of 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the total bonus amount 25 times (25x wagering requirement).

• Bonus offers may be claimed once only — per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• yesbe reserves the right to limit the contribution of bonuses to specific games. Details will be stated in the individual terms of each promotion.
• If bonus fraud is found, we reserve the right to forfeit the entire balance and close the account.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once a promotional offer expires.
• yesbe reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 VIP Program

The yesbe VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits increase as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

6 Gaming Rules

Various types of online games are offered on the yesbe platform — including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and more), live casino, slots, and card games. Each game has its own applicable rules.

• If a technical issue arises during a game (disconnection, software error), yesbe reserves the right to cancel the relevant round or bet.
• Game results are determined by automated systems; the quality of the user's device or connection does not affect the outcome.
• In live sports betting, if a match is cancelled for any reason or the scheduled time changes, yesbe will settle bets according to the applicable rules.
• We reserve the right to cancel any related bets if clearly erroneous odds or payout rates are displayed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yesbe platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Operating multiple accounts, or attempting to claim bonuses under multiple identities.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
• Using software bots, automation tools, scripts, or any other artificial means to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Colluding or cooperating with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Attempting to bypass any security feature of the platform.
• Assisting any person under 21 years of age to use the platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

yesbe places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment, and we are committed to ensuring it does not become a cause of financial or psychological harm.

• Users can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and session time limits.
• Users can contact our support team to take a temporary break from the platform (self-exclusion).

10 Account Suspension and Closure

yesbe reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If documents required for KYC verification are not provided within the specified time.
• If there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or a request to close the account).

Before cancelling an account, we will try to notify the user by email (unless immediate action is required due to an urgent security reason). The matter of refunding the balance will be decided after reviewing each situation individually.

11 Limitation of Liability

yesbe provides its services as a safe and reliable platform. However, our responsibility is limited in the following areas:

• Losses caused by internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or power outages.
• Issues related to software from third-party game providers.
• Losses caused by user negligence or intentional errors.
• Unexpected technical failures that are beyond our control.

yesbe is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12 Changes to Terms

yesbe reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• The user will be notified at their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• The effective date of the new terms will be clearly stated on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
